Join us at the beautiful Aldermarsh Retreat Center on Whidbey Island for a long weekend of Rejuvenation. On this supportive land we will have time to feel and live into our natural sense of awe, ease and immeasurable acceptance. We will nourish our bodies, minds and hearts through mindful yoga asana practices, deep and restful yoga nidra, ayurvedic-influenced healthy meals, and spiritual community.

Through slow, measured asana practices we can open to the joy of having a body at any level of energy and practice experience. In the yoga nidra sessions, you will be reminded of your heartfelt purpose and guided through the layers (koshas) of the body, pointing us to rest back in an abiding presence that can be with all that arises.
